About Our College
Friends University has been developing programs that have made it possible for working adults to finish their undergraduate degree since 1985.
The College of Adult and Professional Studies offers a variety of degrees and majors with schedules formatted to fit the busy lives of the working adult. Majors within the degrees can be earned in either the Bachelor of Business Administration degree or the Bachelor of Science degrees. Each degree has been designed to create maximum student-to-faculty and student-to-student interaction. Each degree is taught in an accelerated format, incorporating the latest knowledge in the field.
Our degrees, developed with input from industry leaders and professional associations, are taught by professionals who have been chosen for their rigorous understanding of the theoretical underpinnings of their disciplines and their appreciation for real-world application and adult learning styles. For the same reasons, students are encouraged to develop projects drawn from their own job experiences. They are taught how to integrate their coursework into their professional experience as early as possible.
