Falcon Glenn Apartments
The Falcon Glenn apartments provide an excellent opportunity for
upperclass students to live in our newest facility. This state-of-the-art
24-apartment unit is located one block east of the Dr. Cecil J. Riney
Fine Arts Center. A well-trained Resident Assistant lives in the
apartments to assist with housing needs 24 hours-a-day. They also
develop social and educational activities.
Amenities
Like all other upperclass facilities, these apartments are unfurnished.
The apartments are carpeted and have blinds on all windows. In
addition, Falcon Glenn apartments include all utilities and
commodities such as water, trash, electricity, gas, basic cable in the
living room, high-speed Internet, local telephone service, and a full
kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove and microwave. The coinoperated
washers and dryers along with mailboxes are centrally
located.
Peace of Mind
For your safety, all apartments are equipped with a card scanning system (in
place of a traditional key entry system). The private parking lot is well-lit and is
patrolled by campus security.
Billing
The apartments lease for 12
months beginning June 1
and the cost of each unit is
divided by two residents. If
you move in after June 1, rent
will be prorated to the week
residency begins. Billing is set
once at the beginning of the
fall semester, spring semester
and during the summer. A
student may pay the bill with
one payment or, for a small
fee, may make monthly payments in the Student Account Services Office.
Students must attain sophomore status (29 earned credit hours) to live in the
apartments.
Pricing is as follows:
Monthly: $850
Semester: $3,825
Summer: $2,550
