Green Residence Hall
Green Residence Hall’s suite-style living facility opened in the fall of 2004 and received the Wichita Metro Chamber of Commerce Keeper of the Plains Award in 2007. Two students are assigned to each bedroom, and rent is charged individually to each person living in the suite. Green Residence Hall leases for the academic year and closes during certain school breaks and for the summer.
Peace of Mind
For your safety, all suites are equipped with a card scanning system (in place of a traditional key entry system). The building’s side doors are locked 24 hours-aday. The main door is unlocked from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Visitors are only admitted if accompanied by a resident; and the beautiful campus (including parking lots) is extremely well-lit.

Suites 2008-2009
Room & Board = $4,000 per semester or $8,000 per year
