The staff of the Casado Campus Center would like to take this opportunity to
thank all of the staff, faculty and students for the support you have shown
for the Casado Campus Center by scheduling so many events with us in the
past year. In order to continue to provide you with the best possible service
and to ensure your reservation we want to remind you of our reservation system
and how it is designed to work. This system will allow you to be in control of
your reservation -- by providing us with all of the important details in advance
of your event and by making the Casado staff accountable for all set-ups.
Fill out the following online form, or hard copies of reservation forms that are available
at the Information Desk (located on the upper level of Casado) and the mailroom
in Davis Hall. To make any reservation for a room of the Casado Campus Center,
please complete the forms at least five working days prior to the event -- for
review and approval of set-up, and in order to insure the best possible customer
service. You are more than welcome to visit or call Casado and make minor
changes and additions to your reservation, up to 24 hours before the event.
