Student Account Services

We offer several financial arrangements to meet the needs of our students.

Tuition Payment Plans To estimate your payments, divide charges into monthly payments over the term or year for Undergraduate Adult and Professional Studies students and Traditional Undergraduate Programs; or divide charges into monthly payments over the entire program for Degree Completion Program and Masters.

For monthly payment plans you may arrange to have the payments electronically transferred from your checking or savings account on either the 5th or the 20th day of each month. If you would like to pay your payment plan by credit card, you may arrange to have your card automatically charged your monthly payment on either the 5th or the 20th day of each month.

Your payment plan may be combined with other arrangements to reduce size of payments.

Employer Assistance
Deferment allows the student to defer payment of the amount reimbursed by the employer up to 45 days after the last day of each class. Student Account Services representatives will assist with your employer reimbursement by invoicing and/or supplying required documentation.

Financial Aid
Students are allowed 60 days after the first day of class to complete the financial aid process and have loans applied to their accounts. After the 60-day period has expired, there will be a late charge added to the account monthly. This will be assessed on the lowest unpaid balance for the month at the rate of 10% per year.

Special Arrangements
Payment arrangements may be combined to tailor a plan which will assist individual students with differing circumstances.
