Do you like supporting a good cause?  If so, you'll want to become involved with the "Run With Friends" group that has been established by Friends University alumni, faculty, staff and students. The group's goal is to create a strong University presence at community events and to promote a healthy lifestyle.

The "Run With Friends" group is planning to participate in several community events this year, so sign up to participate with Run with Friends for each race, wear a red Friends University shirt and join in the fun!
