Once you have submitted your application for enrollment at Friends University and it is processed, Information Technology will send you a Student Connection Letter via U.S. mail and your Friends email account with your personal user ID and password. 	External Self-Service Banner: When you are away from campus. Access with network username and password and then Banner ID and PIN number.
	Blackboard: Web-enhanced courses. Access with network username and password.
	Email: 30MB space for your Friends email communication. Access with network username and password.
	Library: Online library resources). Access with network username and password.
	H drive: 500MB personal network file storage space — see file sharing policy.Access with network username and password. You will need to enter email address to include domain information and password.
	Network Password Reset: Use with the Mozilla Firefox browser.
	Technology Information: A good place to start for basic information.
Microsoft Communicator 2007: Communicate with your classmates and instructors through instant messaging. Access with your network username (will need to enter email address to include domain info) and password.
