Dr. Valentina Chappell
Director, Master of Leadership & Management
The Master of Leadership and Management (MLM) program curriculum provides broad based management skills for program graduates. With a focus on leadership in management, students study management and organizational theory, decision-making, project management, legal and ethical issues in a global environment, corporate social responsibility, and the application of technology to decision making, and communication. Using case studies, small group interactions, student presentations and research papers, students practice the application of theory to service and manufacturing environments in both profit and non-profit organizations. Technology integration enhances the student efficiency and effectiveness in skill development.
