The College of Adult and Professional Studies (CAPS) offers a full range of important bachelor’s degrees in the degree completion format targeted to the busy adult. This adult education learning includes general degrees such as the Organizational Management and Leadership program, specific niche degrees such as Accounting and cutting-edge studies such as Computer Information Systems.
Each adult degree completion program has been designed to create maximum student-to-faculty and student-to-student interaction. Each degree program is taught in an accelerated format. We also offer the Program for Adult College Education (PACE) for adults just beginning the college journey.
Our adult education programs are taught by professionals who have been chosen for their rigorous understanding of the theoretical foundation of their disciplines and their appreciation for real-world application. For the same reasons, students are encouraged to develop projects drawn from their own job experiences. They are taught how to integrate their course work into their experience as early as possible in their programs.

“I first learned to study – really study – and generally developed my love for learning at Friends University. I had professors who were willing to engage me. They believed I had potential, and I was able to thrive in the academic setting.”
