Students benefit from the collective business experiences of the other students in their class. They enter the program, complete the classes, and graduate with the same group of students. The program allows them to meet other people from diverse career fields and provides the opportunity to learn from each other.

Our program format makes it possible for participants to earn their master's degree in Business Administration in less than two years while continuing to work full-time. MBA students gain a wide range of new skills and sharpen their analytical abilities, increase their knowledge of networking, and broaden their perspective on business and problem solving. This Kansas MBA program offers students a challenging, stimulating experience that maximizes the return on their investments of time and resources.
