Students will:

  1. The Teacher Education candidate will demonstrate an appropriate level of content and pedagogical knowledge.
    Proficiencies: The teacher candidate will
    1. Demonstrate knowledge of content to be taught.
    2. Demonstrate knowledge of students’ skills, knowledge and prerequisite relationships.
    3. Demonstrate knowledge of content-related pedagogy.

    3. Demonstrate the ability to manage common non-instructional duties.
    4. Demonstrate the ability to manage student behavior appropriately.
