Professional MBA: Change Management Concentration

We are excited to announce a new concentration in Change Management as part of the Professional MBA and Global MBA programs. The concentration brings like-minded students together through a series of four courses to possess the expertise to implement and manage strategic change. The interdisciplinary curriculum develops your capacity to create transition strategies and to manage for-profit and not-for-profit organizations using a variety of organization development tools and techniques designed for today’s complex national and international business environments, respective to the MBA program selected.

The Change Management curriculum emphasizes a strategic yet practical focus on relational and human factors within businesses and other complex organizations. Through the concentration in
Change Management, you will learn how to successfully implement changes by creating collaboration and buy-in, leveraging organizational resources, and advancing your interpersonal and organizational acumen by being emotionally and socially intelligent.

The Professional MBA and Global MBA programs include a prior learning assessment that could potentially reduce the program by at least two courses. This enables well-qualified students to complete the core and four course concentration in as few as three or four intense semesters.

We offer adult-focused master's degrees in Wichita, Topeka, the greater Kansas City area and online.  Not all courses and programs are available in all locations or in both online and on-campus formats.  Please check with your Admissions Counselor for more details.
