Organizational Management and Leadership Program Outcomes

As a graduate of the Organizational Management and Leadership program, graduates will meet the following outcomes:

  1. Recognize and describe the functions of management within the overall understanding of organizations.
  2. Examine personal leadership styles and relate the practice of listening and trust building to understanding work styles and coaching.
  3. Evaluate basic tenets of organizational behavior in the development of a performance management strategy.
  4. Apply basic steps in organizational research in the development of a special project.
