New Student Orientation is designed to assist first-year and transfer students to make the best possible start to their experience at Friends University.
New Student Orientation promotes your academic achievement and personal development by preparing you for the challenges and experiences that lie ahead. Through workshops, small group meetings, technology sessions, presentations, and discussion sessions, you will be introduced to resources and Community Life Standards of the University.

New Student Orientation
Saturday, Aug. 16-18, 2014
Check-In begins at 2 p.m. The official welcome will take place at 2:30 followed by Parent and Family Breakout Sessions, meeting with your First Year Mentor, and much more. We will close this evening with dinner with the President. Students will then gather on Sunday, Aug. 17, and Monday, Aug. 18, for more fun and activities.

CAPS Orientation will take place on Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2014. Check-in will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Casado Campus Center.

For those needing to complete the registration process, (ie. course registration, financial aid, payments, etc.) offices will be open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
