College of Adult and Professional Studies (CAPS) New Student Orientation

CAPS New Student Orientation
CAPS Orientation will take place on Tuesday, August 18, 2015. Check-in will begin at 5:00 p.m. in the Casado Student Center. Dinner with the President will begin at 5:30 p.m. and orientation will begin at 6:30 p.m. RSVP at orientation@friends.edu.

For those needing to complete the registration process, (ie. course registration, financial aid, payments, etc.) offices will be open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

New Student Orientation is designed to assist first-year and transfer students to make the best possible start to their experience at Friends University.

New Student Orientation promotes your academic achievement and personal development by preparing you for the challenges and experiences that lie ahead. Through workshops, small group meetings, technology sessions, presentations, and discussion sessions, you will be introduced to resources and the mission of the University.

Graduate Degree Programs (Grad) 

Grad New Student Orientation
Grad Orientation will take place on Thursday, August 20, 2015. Check-in will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Olive White Garvey Business and Technology Building (BTB).

The event will begin at 6 p.m. RSVP at orientation@friends.edu.
