Meeting Site: Friends University
Founded in 1898 by the Religious Society of Friends, today Friends University provides undergraduate and graduate liberal arts instruction within the context of the Christian faith. Historic Alumni Auditorium will house our plenary sessions.
Hotel: Hyatt Regency Wichita
$104/night is the rate for the conference hotel, the Hyatt Regency Wichita. Here we will also have many activities, including the Thursday Workshop Intensives. A 5-minute drive from Friends University (free airport and event shuttles are available), it is located downtown overlooking the Arkansas River and features free parking. You will not find a closer hotel to the conference nor such a tremendous value (week night regular rates are $149+). This great rate is available for Sept. 24-30. To reserve a room visit the Hyatt website or call 1-800-233-1234 and say to the automated system (insert the arrival and departure dates you want): “I would like a room at the Hyatt Regency Wichita for Sept. ___-___, 2013 for the Apprentice Group.”

Resources: Bookstore and Exhibitors
The Apprentice Series and other books, including those by the featured speakers, will be available at the event. A number of publisher and spiritual formation ministry exhibitors will also be present. Potential exhibitors may apply for one of 10 available spots. Details online.
Other Details: Meals/Childcare/Refunds
Registration includes access to all eight plenary sessions, including a Mark Schultz concert. No meals are included with registration. Childcare is not available. Cancellation fee: $25/person. No refunds after Sept. 14, 2013.
