Academic Quality Improvement Program (AQIP)

Friends University is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission and is a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, telephone 1-312-263-0456, www.ncahigherlearningcommission.org.

In 2005, Friends University was accepted into the Higher Learning Commission’s Academic Quality Improvement Program (AQIP), a voluntary alternative process for maintaining accreditation by infusing the principles, practices and benefits of continual improvement into the University’s culture.

Below is Friends University’s AQIP Systems Portfolio. This document captures Friends University’s activities in relation to nine AQIP categories. It describes the context, processes, results and improvements in each category and will be continually updated to reflect ongoing systems and processes at Friends University.
