The following itinerary has been set up for the 2013 Art Challenge on March 5 at Friends University. The event is free, but participants must pre-register. If you have any questions, please contact Robyn Mabe at maber@friends.edu.

• 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. – Schools check in at the registration desk in the Casado Campus Center. Each school will hang artwork in designated areas in the McKay gym.
• 8:30 to 8:50 a.m. - Group Informational Meeting. McKay Gym in the Casado Campus Center.
• 9 to 10:15 a.m. – Session 1 challenges and presentations in the Garvey Art Center, the Olive White Garvey Business and Technology Building (Lab 4, second floor) and the Multipurpose room of Garvey PE. Presentations in the McKay Gym in the Casado Campus Center.
• 10:30 to 11:45 a.m. – Session 2 challenges in the Garvey Art Center, the Olive White Garvey Business and Technology Building (Lab 4, second floor) and the Multipurpose room of Garvey PE. Presentations in the McKay Gym in the Casado Campus Center.
• 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – Lunch in the McKay Gym in the Casado Campus Center. The exhibits will also be open for viewing in the gym.
• 1 to 1:15 p.m. – Awards presentation in the McKay Gym at Casado Campus Center.
• 1:15 to 2 p.m. – Conclusion of Art Challenge 2013. Artwork can be removed from the Casado display area.
