Return Policies
TUG & PACE RETURN POLICY
- Textbooks may be returned up to two weeks after classes begin.
- A RECEIPT & ADD/DROP SLIP ARE REQUIRED in order to process any returns or exchanges.
- Textbooks must be returned in the same condition as the time of purchase.
- TEXTBOOKS AND BUNDLES PURCHASED IN PLASTIC MUST REMAIN IN PLASTIC FOR A REFUND.
- Refunds will be given in the original form of payment. Textbooks purchased with a check will require a 10-day grace period from the date of the transaction before a refund will be given.
- After the return deadline, the only time to sell your textbooks will be during the textbook buyback period during the middle and end of the semester.
- Textbooks may be returned up to seven days from the date of purchase.
- A RECEIPT IS REQUIRED in order to process any returns or exchanges.
- Textbooks must be returned in the same condition as the time of purchase.
- TEXTBOOKS AND BUNDLES PURCHASED IN PLASTIC MUST REMAIN IN PLASTIC FOR A REFUND.
- NO RETURNS ON HARVARD CASE STUDIES
- Refunds will be given in the original form of payment. Textbooks purchased with a check will require a 10-day grace period from the date of the transaction before a refund will be given. Textbooks purchased with a charge or debit card will be credited back to the card.
- After the return deadline, the only time to sell your textbooks will be during the textbook buyback during middle and end of the semester.
- General merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
- A RECEIPT IS REQUIRED in order to process and returns or exchanges.
- If the garment has been worn or washed, refund amount will be left at the discretion of management.
- Merchandise must have all original tags accompanying item at time of return.
- NO RETURNS ON TRADEBOOKS, CUSTOM ORDERS, OR CLEARANCE ITEMS.
