Have you received letters from our office asking you to send us documents? If you are unsure which document to use, please contact us, and we will be glad to help you. If you are required to complete a verification form, make sure you select the correct one. Sending in the incorrect verification form will slow the financial aid process.
These forms should be printed, signed, and mailed or faxed to our office.
