University to host Trick-or-Treat event Oct. 28

Friends University is inviting local ghosts, goblins, fairy princesses, superheroes and more to its annual Trick-or-Treat Off the Street event from 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 28 starting at Friends Village, 628 S. Hiram Ave.

Children 12 and younger accompanied by their guardians will play games and collect candy throughout the University’s residence halls. A map of doors to knock on will be provided at the event.

Little goblins invited to early Halloween celebration

Wichita children will have the opportunity to do their trick-or-treating a few days early, enjoying the safety and beauty of the Friends University campus.

The annual Trick-or-Treat Off the Street will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 29. Halloween revelers will be able to knock on doors and collect candy from residents of Friends Village, Smith Apartments, Green Hall and University houses.

Trick-or-Treat Off the Street is open to all children ages 12 and younger. Children must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. The event is free and open to the public.

Friends University Hosts Trick-or-Treat off the Street

Trick-or-treaters are invited to Friends University’s annual Halloween event, Trick-or-Treat off the Street, Oct. 27 from 6-8 p.m., starting in the Friends Village Residence Hall lobby, 628 S. Hiram.
 
Designed for children up to 12 years old and their families, this fun and safe trick-or-treat experience through the University’s residence halls will include face painting, games, food and more.

Kids Can ‘Trick or Treat Off the Street’ at Friends University

Children can trick or treat and interact with college students at Friends University from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 28. The event is sponsored by the Friends University Office of Community and Residential Development.

Trick or Treat off the Street is designed for children 12 years and younger to play games, enjoy activities and then collect candy throughout the campus residence halls, apartments and houses. A map of doors to knock on of participating student apartments will be provided.
