Nate Williams graduated from Friends University with a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Philosophy with an Emphasis in Youth Ministry in the fall of 2010. When the opportunity to return to Friends University came about, Nate jumped at the chance.

As an admissions counselor, Nate feels as if he has been given a chance to walk alongside students. He remembers what it was like trying to decide where to go and what to study, and all of the stress that came with it. But above all he remembers what it was like to be cared for by his Admissions Counselor at Friends University.

Nate was involved in many areas at Friends. He sang in the Singing Quakers, played in the jazz band, and was involved in student government, residence life, intramurals, and Campus Ministries. “The time I spent at Friends was uniquely formative and beautiful. I can see the opportunities Friends gave me to find and grow into the man I am today, and for that I am truly thankful!”

Nate is excited to be back in the community at Friends University, and cannot wait to share all that Friends has to offer with those he encounters.
