The Career Services office works to develop relationships with employers that will assist Friends University students and alumni in finding a great career fit. While Career Services does not work directly with the placement side of a job search process, we do assist in having opportunities for our constituents to dialogue with employers. Some of the services that are provided in the area of employer relations are listed below.

- Career Services utilizes an online job database called NACElink provided by Symplicity where employers can post open part-time, full-time, internship or temporary/seasonal positions. This is a free service to both employers and students. To post jobs, click here.
- Employers are invited to set up an information table in our Casado Campus Center to discuss their organization and opportunities with students.
- On-campus interview days are also available to be coordinated with the Career Services office. This is a great way for employers to meet with many of our exceptional candidates in one afternoon or day and select an individual that is the best fit for your organization.
The Career Services office utilizes an online career services management (CSM) system called NACElink. This system is a component of NACElink Network, a comprehensive career management system offered through National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).
NACElink Network is utilized by college career centers nationwide. All information is used to assist users with career services. This data is also utilized for administrative reports with all information reported in aggregate form. Personal information is not used for any reports.
Students and alumni should use precaution when applying for positions and are encouraged to research the employer. Students and alumni are strongly advised not to disclose Social Security numbers, credit card information or other financial records. Jobs on NACElink Network are not screened by NACE and may or may not be screened by the Career Services office.
