Campus Recreation

Welcome to Campus Recreation at Friends University! We are housed in the Casado Campus Center and offer a variety of different recreational opportunities including intramural sports, group fitness and open recreation.

Open Recreation 
Some of our open recreation opportunities include two televisions, a pingpong table, foosball table, pool table, Apple TV and the McKay Gymnasium. McKay Gym hosts open gym every Thursday from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. unless reserved for a special event.

Falcon Intramurals
Falcon Intramurals holds 33 different intramural activites ranging from Fantasy Football to Softball and everything in between. Intramural registration is completed through IM Leagues. You will need to register using your Friends University student email. This will allow you to create or join a team as well as view the complete 2014-15 Falcon Intramural schedule. Sport Clubs
Sport clubs are a new and exciting venture starting in the fall of 2014. A sport club is a student-led organization of like-minded individuals wanting to participate in a chosen activity like soccer, disc golf, ultimate or chess – the opportunities are endless. Information sessions will be offered coving what sport clubs are, how you can start one and answer any questions you may have. Keep an eye out on campus for flyers and find us on Facebook for meeting times.

Falcon Fit
We are currently in the process of developing a group fitness program for students, faculty and staff. Classes include yoga, Zumba and Pilates.
