Take I-35 to 75th Street, exit 227. Turn onto 75th Street and travel east to Frontage Road. Turn right onto Frontage Road. Frontage Road becomes Lenexa Drive. Follow Lenexa Drive south to Melrose Drive. You will see Friends University on your left. Turn left onto Melrose Drive, then turn left into the Friends parking lot.
