Fall Teacher Education Workshops Start Sept. 18 in Wichita and Lenexa

Fri. 09/04/2009 Meeting the needs of busy educators, Friends University will be offering a number of fall workshops to address the needs of PK-12 teachers across a number of content areas. Fall workshops will be available beginning Sept. 18, 2009, on the Wichita campus and Sept. 19, 2009, at the Lenexa Education Center. These workshops give teachers the opportunity to refresh, recertify or learn a new skill.
Course offerings include classes on stress management for teachers, PowerPoint instruction and a class called "Jack & Bobby," which focuses on the Kennedy history and legacy.
