The Friends University Concert Choir will present its spring concert Friday, April 9, at 7:30 p.m. in Sebits Auditorium in the Riney Fine Arts Center under the direction of Rolaine Hetherington.

“The music, which we will take on tour to Oregon in May, is a wonderful combination of classical and contemporary choral music in a variety of ethnic settings,” Hetherington said. “As Plato stated, ‘Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything.’ May our musical offering speak to your soul, set your mind and imagination soaring, and refresh your spirit.”

Ticket are $15 for adults and $12 for students and senior citizens.
