April 27 Open House to Feature Programs and Cisco Courses

Education can open the door to worlds of possibilities. Whether you are a recent high-school graduate, a stay-at-home parent who wants to re-enter the workforce or a seasoned professional who wants to earn a master’s degree, Friends University has programs and classes to meet your needs.

Friends University invites all prospective students to an open house from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. April 27 on the second floor of the Davis Administration Building. Representatives from all three colleges at Friends University will be available to discuss which programs fit your educational goals. Additionally, be ready to answer your questions about admission procedures, financial aid, and veteran’s and Yellow Ribbon benefits.

Information will also be available about the University's Cisco Networking Academy courses in the President's Conference Room (room 207) in the Davis building during the open house. A live demonstration of the Cisco Certified Networking Associate Exploration course will take place from 6:30 to 7 p.m. in the College of Adult and Professional Studies/Information Technology facility, room 101. Course instructors will be present to answer questions.

The open house is free and open to the public. Food and beverages will be served, and attendees can register to win door prizes. Additionally, application fees will be waived for those attending.
