The Count Basie Orchestra and New York Voices will perform at Friends University as part of the 20th annual Jazz Festival Feb. 15-16. The performances will be the culmination of the two-day celebration during which Wichita-area middle school, high school, and junior college jazz bands will converge on the University for a weekend of instruction, camaraderie, and performances.
