The Center on Family Living serves as a contract referral agency for many different community agencies such as:

• DCCCA Family Preservation Services
• Youthville Family Foster Care Services
• Child Care Association
• Juvenile Justice Authority
• Juvenile Intake and Assessment Center

The center receives client referrals from a broad network of community resources including area physicians, school personnel, clergy, attorneys, childcare agencies, social service agencies and former clients.
