The Casado Campus Center is the hub of student life on the Friends University Wichita campus. The center provides a supportive environment for social and recreational activity, as well as important services for all students. Some of the ammentities include: two televisons, a pingpong table, foosball table, pool table and an Apple TV. The center houses recreational and lounge areas, as well as several meeting rooms that are available to reserve. Center hours are from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday. Casado Dining Services
The Sodexo staf prepares a variety of dishes that meet the needs of active, busy students. Whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner, each meal offers students the variety and nutrition to meet both traditional and special tastes. There is the main dining room on the main floor of Casado and Jazzman's and Sandella's on the lower level of Casado. Hours and menus can be found at the Friends University dining website.
Student Affairs Division
Student Affairs offers a host of resources for current students, including the offices for Campus Life and Activities, Career Services, Counseling, International Student Services, Community and Residential Development and Health and Wellness, as well as information on recreation opportunities and many other opportunities to help provide students with the most enjoyable college experience possible.
Located on the lower level of Casado, the McKay Gym is open during normal building hours for student use except when reserved for speical events and recreation programs such as intramurals, falcon fit and sport clubs. Equipment is available for checkout with your Friends I.D. at the welcome desk.
At the bookstore, you can find treats for your closet, trinkets for your bookshelves and textbooks to feed your mind. Treat yourself to your favorite school sweatshirt or T-shirt while in the store.
