The Friends University Counseling Office provides FREE mental health services for Friends University students. Confidential counseling sessions are offered for a variety of reasons including but not limited to depression, anxiety, stress management, anger problems and adjustment issues. In addition to offering free confidential counseling for students, the Counseling Office also offers free workshops on topics such as test anxiety, stress management and suicide awareness.
When was the last time you had a wellness check? The Friends University Counseling Office welcomes you to the online screening for depression, eating disorders, alcohol issues, anxiety disorders and PTSD. The free screening is made available to all Friends University students and is taken anonymously.
