The Office of the University Registrar will be happy to process your transcript request.
An official transcript may be requested in one of two ways:
1. Online Transcript Request
Friends University is pleased to offer official transcripts in electronic and postal mail formats through its partnership with Parchment Exchange. Students may select a transcript in either format upon each request.
Once the college is notified by Parchment Exchange of a student's request for an official transcript, Friends University will review the student's record for accuracy and submit the record to Parchment Exchange. Parchment Exchange will then deliver the transcript on behalf of the college electronically or through postal mail, as per the student's request.
**Electronic transcripts are not accepted by everyone so please be sure to verify your recipient will accept an electronic transcript prior to submitting your request. If an electronic transcript is not accepted, you will be responsible to submit a new request for a hard copy.

Online transcript requests are processed daily at 11 a.m. CST Monday-Thursday and 10 a.m. CST Friday.

The Parchment Guide to Ordering Transcripts explains how to order transcripts through Parchment Exchange and has a reference for questions regarding your order. Parchment Exchange should be contacted for questions concerning the registration and ordering process or for user interface issues.
Inquiries concerning a transcript that cannot be released because of a hold should contact the college office that placed the hold or the University Registrar.
2. Paper Transcript Request Form
Complete the transcript request form and send it by regular mail, fax, email or in person at the Registrar's office. Please note that the online transcript request process is more efficient and secure.
Current Transcript Fee for Paper Form Requests:
The University accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.
You must include the credit card number and expiration date on your request or pay in person at the Cashier. Missing information will delay paper form transcript requests.
