The college experience begins for new and transfer students in the College of Business Arts, Sciences and Education (CBASE) during Falcon New Student Orientation from Friday, August 13th-Sunday, August 15th. You will gain the resources to be successful while being a student. This program is mandatory for new incoming students . Up to two guests per student are welcome to join on Friday.
In-Person Check-in: Starts Friday at 12:30 p.m. on Rose Window Plaza (in front of the clock tower building).
We highly recommend that everyone who visits campus first become fully vaccinated. If you are not vaccinated before orientation, we would appreciate if you wore a mask when unable to maintain 6 ft. of distance from other guests.
We will include links to the schedules for both you and your guests closer to the event. We will also have QR codes on campus that you can scan to pull up schedules on your devices.
In the meantime, here are the times of New Student Orientation:
Friday: 1:30-6:15 p.m. | Students and Guests
6:15-10:15 p.m. | Students only*
Saturday: 9 a.m.-5 p.m. & 8-10 p.m.
Sunday: 10:30-11:30 a.m.
*Guests will be asked to leave at 6:15 on Friday, but students will be asked to remain.
