Why do we do what we do?

We serve our adult students and in tandem we strive for excellence, raising the academic bar from class to class for you and ourselves. Enabling your gifts, talents, interests, and fortitude, we triumph in your success, your milestones toward the bachelor’s degree, and support you through the challenges of learning. We are made whole in the realization of your growth.

What does success look like?

We are measured through your success! We see this when your academic work produces accomplishments, your goals are achieved, and you obtain a promotion. Our work leads to improved teaching; better business practices; decisions made and implemented with integrity; lives changed through learning; and our goals are realized by connecting learning to workplace opportunities. These accomplishments are evidenced by your advancement.

How must we act to ensure success?

As we expect you to dedicate yourself and raise your personal bar for success, we must do this ourselves. Intellectual growth sharpens the minds of our students, and as we grow and demand the bar be raised, we raise the bar. Excellence is served as we determine our individual and collective paths to excellence and you will be the final judge of the integrity of our work. In closing the loop from beginning to end, our success can truly only be measured by your success.
