Kayla Vosburg

Kayla graduated from Friends University in 2013 with a B.A. in English/Drama and a B.A. in Spanish. She then moved to Los Angeles where she worked in film both in front of and behind the camera. As a SAG-AFTRA actor, she has worked professionally on nearly thirty different film/TV projects and has garnered a range of experience from low-budget pilots and independent films to network television and major studio movies. Kayla began teaching in Los Angeles under the Will Wallace Acting Company and later, the SAG Conservatory at the American Film Institute where she worked with actors on scene study, cold-reading, and audition technique. She continued to work with creatives in the Miami market including her time as the Children’s Theatre Director at the Delray Beach Playhouse. She has coached performers of all ages and skill levels for both film and stage and enjoys sharing her first-hand experiences of the business and helping others tap into their own unique storytelling abilities. In early 2022, Kayla found her way back to Wichita after the birth of her son and is passionate about supporting and growing the local film community of her hometown.
