
1. Read the Student Recital Handbook. This document contains information on recital requirements; how and when to book your recital, dress rehearsal and hearing; required committee personnel; program information and design and your responsibilities as the student. This is mandatory!
2. Review the list of available dates, times and venues. Students will then select a first, second and third choice for their recital and dress rehearsal from the list of available dates. Dress rehearsals must take place within the two weeks prior to the recital. Dates that are not listed conflict with Fine Arts events, rehearsals, campus events and availability of staff. Recitals are not permitted during finals week unless there are unmitigated circumstances.
3. Confirm with your committee, accompanist and any additional performers that they are available for all three of your preferred recitals dates, and all three of your preferred dress rehearsals dates.
4. Apply for your recital online and fill out the application form in full. Failure to include required information may result in your application being denied.

There will be a Fall Student Recital information meeting on (TBD). This meeting will be lead by Dr. Nathanael May. Students who wish to perform a fall recital must attend, along with their applied teacher.
