Federal Financial Aid regulations (The Higher Education Act of 1965), as amended by the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 requires the disclosure of general information to prospective and current enrolled students with regard to consumer information.  In accordance with these regulations every effort has been made to provide the most accurate and up to date information available, however the content of this information is subject to change due to changes in federal, state, or institutional policies and procedures.

Voter Registration

The 1998 Reauthorization of The Higher Education Act requires colleges and universities to distribute voter registration forms to all students before federal or gubernatorial elections. This requirement was enacted because of low voter turnout among college students.
