Pete McGuinness to perform with Friends jazz ensembles

Jazz trombonist and vocalist Pete McGuinness will share the stage with the Friends University Jazz band and the Jazz Vocal Ensemble at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 24 in the Riney Fine Arts Center’s Sebits Auditorium.

McGuinness is an active New York City-based jazz musician. He not only plays trombone, but is a Grammy-nominated composer/arranger, award-winning jazz vocalist and a jazz educator. He has his own big band, “The Pete McGuinness Jazz Orchestra.” To learn more about McGuinness, visit petemcguinness.com.
