Division of Fine Arts announces events, dates and featured guests for 2018-19 season

Wichita, KS- Friends University has announced its 2018-19 Fine Arts events calendar.

Patron favorites such as The Nutcracker and Symphony of Spring are part of the upcoming season. New concerts will include Jazz Swings Western Style, a concert highlighting the Cherokee Maidens and Sycamore Swing. The Four Freshmen will be featured at this year’s 26th Annual Jazz Festival in the spring.

“The Fine Arts Division has a full calendar of exciting events planned. We promise another season of first-class productions, exhibits, concerts and shows. You will leave inspired!” said Fine Arts Division Chair Dr. Joan Griffing.
