Friends University Percussion Group to perform Nov. 7

Wichita, KS – The Friends University Percussion Ensemble will perform Wednesday, Nov. 7, at 7:30 p.m. in Sebits Auditorium in Riney Fine Arts Center.

It will be a cultural feast with marimba pieces from Guatemala and the Shona tribe in Zimbabwe. They will also play a song titled Extremes, where a quartet of players will play one bass drum with various items laid on the drum.

Tickets are free, and the concert is open to the public.
