Friends University to host health care panel April 30

Friends University will host a Health Care Leadership Panel April 30 that will discuss challenges in the health care profession and provide advice to those pursuing or interested in this profession.

The panel will feature Friends University alumni who are business leaders in the Wichita region working in health care, including:  Chris Keith with Select Medical; Jeremy Pauly with Wesley Medical Center; Sara Millburn with Via Christi Health and an independent author, and Susan Runyan with Runyan Health Care Quality Consulting. Brian J. Powers, visiting assistant professor of business and director of the Master of Health Care Leadership program, will moderate the panel discussion.

The event will take place in the Olive White Garvey Business and Technology Building, Room 103, and is free and open to the public. There will be a reception prior to the panel from 5 to 6 p.m., and the panel discussion will occur from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
