I felt like I was an actual student and not just a number. The teachers knew me by name and their goal was not just to pass me through the system, but to actually invest in me for my future. Whenever I needed extra help on an assignment, faculty was only a phone call (and sometimes a text) away. Faculty made it a point to provide numerous opportunities for students to be successful outside of the classroom – via internships, volunteer opportunities and job offerings.
