Career Assessments
DISCOVER is an online career guidance program designed to assist individuals in deciding on a major, career path or other vocational issues, and is available at no charge to Friends University students, alumni and staff. It covers the major areas of career decisions, including values clarification and interest inventories. The program can provide you with possible career choices tailored to your specific areas of interest. It concludes with optional sections to provide specific information about the career choices selected.
The Career Services office encourages students to utilize the DISCOVER program. Please remember that the DISCOVER program is NOT a test, but a tool to be used for information. Information is the number one ingredient in making a sound decision.
If you are interested in utilizing the DISCOVER program, please contact the Career Services office so that you can receive your user pass code. The Career Services office works to assist Friends University students and alumni with exploring a variety of career options that will fit with their individual interests, abilities and values as they relate to the world of work.
