The Singing Quaker Alumni Concert, directed by Dr. Cecil J. Riney, will perform its annual concert at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 8. Guest conductor Dr. Andre Thomas will join the choir for this concert.
The Alumni Choir is made up of almost 80 voices and orchestra. This year marks the 90th anniversary of the Singing Quakers at Friends University.
The fall concert will be performed at Eastminster Presbyterian Church, 1958 N. Webb Road in Wichita. Tickets are $12 for adults, and $10 for seniors and students. Tickets for the concert can be purchased by cash or check at the door.
