Make Your Mark Senior Art and Design Exhibition Set for May 7 at Friends University Art House

Wichita, Kan.– Friends University Visual Arts & Communications departments will sponsor a First Friday senior art and design exhibition titled Make Your Mark. It will feature artwork by Friends University seniors Germán Andrade, Samantha Camden, Micaela Dixon, Rachel Masterson, Julianna Mattson, Courtney Nichols, Isabella Smith and Amanda Williams.

“Make Your Mark is inspired by the concept that every individual makes their mark on this world in a unique and different way. Art and design is how we make our mark. We hope to inspire people with our show to make their mark as well! We are excited to have an interactive community art piece for everyone that attends to participate in and express themselves through art,” said senior Germán Andrade.

The exhibition will be at Friends University Art House, 2314 W University St, Wichita from 5 to 9 p.m. on May 7. The exhibition and community art activities are free and open to the public. Masks are required and COVID protocols will be in place.
