Friends University introduces new FriendsFlex degree pathway

Friends University is excited to introduce the addition of the new FriendsFlex degree pathway, pairing the flexibility of an online program with the absolute quality of a private education at an affordable price.

FriendsFlex gives students the opportunity to earn a degree in eight-week sessions** and be part of the next generation of learning and innovation at Friends University.

Formerly known as the CAPS program, the new FriendsFlex degree pathway gives students wishing to complete a degree a personalized learning experience with the flexibility of an online program while still being a part of the preferred Chrisitan university in the region. Students will learn in nationally recognized and accredited programs that will prepare them for a new career, a promotion, learning new skills or just being a lifelong learner.

FriendsFlex students can start their first semester for just $197.50 per credit hour.* That’s half off! FriendsFlex is for undergraduates wishing to complete their degree fully online. There are no age restrictions for FriendsFlex

Eligible online degrees include

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
  • Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security (**cyber security requires 16-week classes)
  • Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education
  • Bachelor of General Studies in General Studies
  • Bachelor of Science in Psychology
  • Bachelor of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership
  • Associate of Science in General Studies

Half-off pricing* only applies to new students in their first semester at Friends University. (up to 12 credit hours)

Easy transfer process, students can still transfer in 69 credit hours for most degrees and up to 90 credit hours for general studies.

Friends University is hosting an open house on Thursday, Jan. 4 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Davis Administration Building, second floor. The event will help prospective FriendsFlex undergraduate students along with graduate students learn more about how Friends University can help them invest in their education and future.
