Wichita children will have the opportunity to do their trick-or-treating a few days early, enjoying the safety and beauty of the Friends University campus.
Trick-or-Treat Off the Street will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 25. Halloween revelers will be able to knock on doors and collect candy from residents of Friends Village, Smith Apartments, Green Hall, University houses, and the University’s newest feature – Trunk or Treat Street.
Trick-or-treaters are invited to Friends University’s annual Halloween event, Trick-or-Treat off the Street, Oct. 27 from 6-8 p.m., starting in the Friends Village Residence Hall lobby, 628 S. Hiram.
Designed for children up to 12 years old and their families, this fun and safe trick-or-treat experience through the University’s residence halls will include face painting, games, food and more.
Children can trick or treat and interact with college students at Friends University from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 28. The event is sponsored by the Friends University Office of Community and Residential Development.
Trick or Treat off the Street is designed for children 12 years and younger to play games, enjoy activities and then collect candy throughout the campus residence halls, apartments and houses. A map of doors to knock on of participating student apartments will be provided.
